CARDENTO - ELITE stallion. CARDENTO is the most outstanding competition individual and is currently at the top of Showjumping stallions in the world. At his Classification tests at Münster-Hahndorf, Germany in 1995, he placed a total (both Dressage and Showjumping) 2nd out of 59 stallions. CARDENTO is a Holsteiner stallion that carries the most exclusive Holsteiner Jumping bloodlines. His Sire, Capitol I, tops the German list, in his age group, of Sires of Show jumping horses. CARDENTO is, according to Peter Eriksson (Swedish Olympic team member, as well as the educator of the Showjumping stallions at Flyinge) who trains and competes him, one of the most talented and able horses he has ever had the pleasure to work with. They took a wonderful team Silver at WEG at Jerez and finished another splendid competition and breeding year 2003. CARDENTO and Peter were of course part of the Swedish Olympic team that took Silver in Athens 2004. CARDENTO combines exceptional lightness and elasticity in his canter with careful calculations, outstanding bravery and enormous capacity over fences. A truly unique individual! So COOL! His first Swedish 4-year old son, Cosmopolite, was classed the Best Young Show Jumping Stallion at the annual Stallion Classifications at Flyinge. One of his daughters, Carkenda has an impressive merit list: Won both the Dressage and Showjumping tests as a 3 year old, she won the Showjumping Talent Hunt at Swede Horse, Flyinge - as well as Reserve Champion. She continued as a 4 year old with a win at the 4 year old tests at Flyinge, then went on to place 6th at the international 4 year old Championships in Germany. In the 2002 Showjumping Talent Hunt another daughter, Classic Lady won a superior win - and the list of top class progeny goes on and on - also with some top class young Dressage horses.
